Welsh Baker's "Box O' Scone Duds PLUS" is a special offering of imperfect-looking but perfect-tasting Welsh Scones. After every production, we always have some of these in just about every flavor but obviously, we have more of the popular flavors as we make more of those flavors. We package these simply without expensive labeling, just the flavor is noted but we offer them at a substantial discount, about 1/2 our normal retail price. The Box O' Scone Duds Plus will contain a variety of Scones of at least 4 different flavors, maybe more. The Box holds 16 scones in all. Note: Our scones are 2.5x the size of our Welsh Cakes. Our regular Welsh Cake Dud boxes contain 32 Welsh Cakes so these boxes are an even better deal as we give you more food, by weight, than our regular Box O' Duds. But wait, there's more! This box ALSO includes Dud samples of our infamous hand-griddled shortbread and chocolate-dipped shortbread. As for the quality, aside from appearance, they are all from the same dough and from the same batches as all our regular products. In some cases they are not even imperfect, they are just extras we didn't have a pair for and so packaged singularly. These scones are just as fresh and come with the same shelf life as our regular scones - 3 weeks. They can be frozen, exactly the same as our regular scones.
